Andrew J. Johnson, Our Principal Partner
Our principal, Andrew J. Johnson, MAI, SRA, ASA, MBA, CVA, CMEA is a Certified General Appraiser and holds the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute, as well as the ASA accreditation for Real Property from the American Society of Appraisers. Andrew is a Certified Valuation Analyst for business valuation, holding the CVA designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Andrew is also a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser through the NEBB Institute, holding the CMEA designation. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Andrew started appraising during the real estate boom that occurred from 2003 to 2007. He quickly gained experience appraising numerous property types, from single-family homes to large commercial and industrial properties for a wide variety of clientele. Today, Andrew appraises real estate, conducts business valuations, and appraises machinery and equipment for a range of purposes, from mortgage underwriting requirements to estate purposes. Other specialties include the valuation of partial or fractional interests, valuation of rural properties, and valuation of water rights.
